The awards application form can be found at the side bar, it’s an online form. No physical forms will be accepted.
Please apply for your awards as soon as possible. DUE DATE: 4TH JULY 2015.
If you are unsure whether you qualify for applying a certain award, please refer to your senior handbook. If you are still uncertain, please ask the officer in charge of the award during the coming parade.
All members do not need to apply for one year service award, it will be automatically awarded if your attendance requirements are met. However, three year service award and long year service award has to be applied for.
All awards that you apply for will only be awarded if your attendance requirements are met.
Recruits, here are a few points regarding awards application for you.
Recruits do not need to apply for target award and buttonhole award. These two awards will be awarded once you pass the test and also fulfill the attendance requirements.
