Enrolment and Awards Day is coming soon, here are some announcements and reminders regarding awards.
PRESENTATIONS
Those who have to do presentations:-
- Slots for Arts award and Hobbies award has been fully filled up till Enrolment and Awards Day.
- Free slots are available from August till October, do talk to me to schedule a date. Please schedule it earlier with me to avoid not being able to secure a slot.
- Citizenship presentations have to be approved by Lieutenant Vincent before you can present, please do this ASAP if you would like to achieve it by Enrolment and Awards Day.

DRILL ADVANCE
- The practical assessment will be carried out this week, 18th June 2016.
- Uniform inspection is part of the drill advance practical assessment.
- Second sitting for the Drill Advance Theory paper will be on 25th June 2016, do study well for it.
REPORTS
For awards that require report write up, please do complete it as soon as possible. All reports and assignments have to be sent to the respective officers by 2359 HOURS 24th JUNE 2016. All reports or assignments sent later than the time mentioned will be ignore, they will not be assessed.
- Environmental Conservation Basic reports have to be emailed to me at selvyeeshean@hotmail.com
- All other reports such as Community Service, Christian Education etc. should be emailed to Lieutenant Vincent at my.vloh@gmail.com
*No hard copy is required for all reports, you only need to email them.
CERTIFICATES
Certificates for awards other than Scholastics awards will only be accepted if they are from year 2015 or year 2016.
ATTENDANCE
Please ensure you have applied leave for whichever weeks you were absent from parade. Attendance lower than 75% will not be eligible to receive awards for this year of service.
AWARDS APPLICATION
- You all may start to apply for your awards using the awards application form that can be found on the sidebar of this website.
- Please apply for your awards by 2359 hours 4th July 2016. All applications later than the time stated will be ignored.
- Awards that require evidence of certificates such as Sports and Bronze Scholastics, please bring your original certificates on 25th June 2016. I will be available at the Garden Café before and after parade.
