Thank you for cooperating with us in getting your uniform measurements! If you have not yet had your measurements taken, please attend parade this week to get them done.
We now need to confirm which uniform parts you require. Below is the order form for your uniform parts.

Kindly note that all uniform parts are mandatory in the Senior Section. However, please select only the uniform parts you need. For example, if you have pass-down uniform parts, you do not need to purchase new ones. If you are unsure, feel free to ask for clarification.
