QUESTIONS & ANSWER

Are we allowed to pre-make ingredients like mince meat, dumpling skin, chopped vegetables?

You may buy meat pieces and have them minced/chopped at home (I hope you try/learn to chop them yourself, and not just leave it to your parents or helpers to do that for you) then freeze them. Other things such as marinating the meat, chopping vegetable, making the dough needed for the dumpling skin should be done during the scheduled 90 minutes given.

Is there a maximum budget set for the senior members?

The cost of ingredients will be shared by all members of the squad. The budget for the whole menu would be agreed upon by all squad members, there is no exact figure given.

My squad will have a low turnout next week, can we merge with another squad and form one team?

The activity is a task/assignment given with the final expected outcome of 6 teatime sets and the aims of teamwork, problem solving etc. achieved through the process of completing the assignment. The final outcome is 6 teatime sets. The process of achieving it is up to you all. I have no opposition on how the problem that has surfaced is solved. 😊
